A Message from Tom Cardella
During my twenty years in the contact center and teleservices industry, I have learned two important lessons about client expectations. First and foremost, clients expect and deserve superior call quality and contact center performance for their customers. Secondly, clients are entitled to a straightforward, communicative, dependable relationship with their vendor. In other words, a no-excuses environment.
I consider these two ideas essential to a strong client/vendor relationship. I am proud of the fact that our management team shares these beliefs, displays them in everyday client interactions, and teaches them to their own team members. I am also proud that our former and current clients will not only substantiate these statements, but also recognize these traits as positive differentiators for Thomas L. Cardella & Associates.
